so i show u differences between evince 0.1.5 (not xpdf - as u said poppler  
it' only derivation) & evince 0.3.0 ...

as i see on the bug reporting page (the one that u adviced to me :  
https://bugs.freedesktop.org), that the bug was assigned to solve to :  
krh bitplanet net (but i don't know if he is not only from the poppler  
'team' and if the evince people and poppler are solving these problem  
together) so i report here one more time

	- why evince not in the this bug portal, too?
	- bugs are reported only to this mailig list

- there should be some notification to e-mail, that the bug is assigned  
and solving

... i would help, but this time i have no time for this ...project for  
school now :|

ps : i don't know if the problem is not only with char 'č' bounded ... but  
it's normal char in slovak, often used, so it is necessary to be solved
