It's probably https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=184925, try
installing gstreamer1.0-gl and see if that works. WebKit should be
robust to this plugin being missing. We need some help from multimedia
developers to solve the bug.
If not, best report a new bug on bugs.webkit.org: prefix the bug title
with [GStreamer], select the Media Elements component, and CC
bugs-noreply webkitgtk org so that we notice it.
