The closest thing to Epiphany on Mac would be Camino, but that browser
is no longer being developed.

As far as I know there is no Mac port of Epiphany but Epiphany shares
its rendering engine, WebKit, with Safari. If you want to run purely
open-source software, Firefox or Chromium would be your primary choices.
