If you see ~/.gnome2/ephy-bookmarks.xml you'll notice that they don't
have a time property. In your code you are asking for a property that is
only present in ephy-history nodes (from ephy-history.xml).

There's work going on to unify the history and bookmarks backend, I know
Claudio has pushed a branch to http://git.gnome.org/epiphany

So, no, you can't get any time related property from bookmark nodes. You
could query the history nodes for one that matches your bookmark and
sniff the last-visit from there. It would be a bit more work but it
would work.
