You may have switched over to the webkit based versions of epiphany, which are in my experience, much better... but you may have to switch to a newer version.

See if you can get Epiphany 2.30.x installed.

This would explain why about:plugins doesn't work, because that's just an old gecko feature.

Disabling Adblock allowed me to see the web page. I had forgotten I had
enabled it. It'll be too bad if that extension is dropped.

I still have some other problems since my upgrade.

Typing about:plugins in the locator gives me a blank page. That can't
be right.

I have an online trading account that has a pie chart of my assets.
The pie chart is a png image that is calculated. The location is
https://...holdings.asp?data="" It used to show up correctly in F11.
It still shows up correctly in F12 Firefox but F12 epiphany displays is
as a little rectangle with a turned up corner.
