Flash is a plugin, not epiphany feature.

Install damned non-free adobe flash plugin. For Debian: 

aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree && update-alternatives --config
flash-mozilla.so

or download plugin from adobe.com and move libflashplayer.so in plugins
path

P.S. Delete ~/.macromedia after use for removing adds spyware and
malware.
