Regarding your comments, I'll add some quick notes:
* Search bar
* Search keywords
Ephy is thought to be used with the location bar as a search bar also.
Type something and hit enter and it will be looked in google.
I agree that search keywords would be useful to have since the smart
bookmarks menu can get really long sometimes. Hopefully that will be
possible if we start using GRegex in the location bar:

* Web feeds
I don't agree, I prefer what the live feed extension does now.
* Spelling checker
Gecko thing IIRC. But a valid concern.
* Toolbar layout
This one is a GNOME wide setting. The default is text below icons. I
would prefer to have text besides icons, but I don't know what was the
rationale for the current default.
* Download manager
* Extensions
It would be nice to integrate with NewStuffManager (now Capuchin):

* WebKit layout engine
