icon naming specifications

Hi there,

I have looked around, and I am quite confused as to what the standard
icon naming system is for epiphany. No themes seem to have native icons,
and when I try renaming suitable icons variously as
epiphany-web-browser, epiphany-browser, etc, but they never seem to get
picked up automatically. How should icons be named and placed to ensure
they are chosen ahead of the default?
