On the fly proxy changing

Hey everyone!,

I have been bugged by some friends about an extension for epiphany to
provide on-the-fly proxy changing without affecting GNOME settings, I
did some tests and the closest thing I could do was to use epiphany
with a command line selected profile dir.
That's not too practical of course.

Any ideas about this?
