RFE: Password manager auto-lock/timeout and master password challenge

Hello List, 

My work does not essentially makes me track security issues, but as a
power user of the most popular desktop applications I am a user of
Firefox & Epiphany. 

During the recent security news highlight of the password management in
Firefox, I had suggested a downstream enhancement, with Fedora project. 

I am referring the same here, I hope if you like the idea I'd be glad to
see it implementing ahead in Firefox/Epiphany in future or a better
enhancement then suggested.
