Thanks for your feedback! 

Epiphany currently does not use the Mozilla master password feature. 
In the future, we hope to be able to use the GNOME keyring manager (or
something equivalent) to store the user's passwords.

As regards the strange "copy link" behaviour, this problem has been
reported earlier (in a bit different scenario), see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=342558
