Such a site already exists (there is a link to it in the Epiphany
manual): http://galeon.sourceforge.net/bookmarks/

However I think it might be a bit out of date. Turning it into a wiki
sounds like a good plan. Please feel free to start a wiki page under
http://live.gnome.org/Epiphany/ .
