VDQ : "Mozilla initialization"??

Subject: VDQ : "Mozilla initialization"??

   On one F8 machine, I get an error message when I try to launch 
Epiphany, which says "Epiphany can't be used now. Mozilla initialization 
failed."

	What do I do about it??
