I feelings are very similar. It is amazing how such a little thing can be so
annoying. I am aware of the reasoning behind this behaviour.
My biggest beef is that you can't choose the next in the drop down without
moving your hands from the home keys.
Is there any reason why Ctl+N couldn't be DOWN when choosing emacs gconf key
bindings in gnome?
