You should probably investigate whether your Linux distrubution has
already packaged Epiphany and its dependencies as an optional,
downloadable install for you -- chances are likely that they already
have. For more information on how to fetch and install distribution
packages for your particular distribution, please consult your
distribution manual or distribution help forums.
