Uhm dunno. It appears to me that the red thing does a good work making
clear where you are supposed to drag from. Also the look change match
the behavior change (toolbar buttons behave differently in that state).
I like the short label he put over the table too, short and clear IHMO.
In general I agree with Calum and Seth that piece of "docs" should not
put on the interface itself. Better to keep a more verbose explanation
in the documentation IHMO.
