Well, I disagree with Seth on this one, I thought his screenshot looked
move confusing than when it had the help hint and drawing a red box
around the toolbars didn't really indicate much IMO, but its up to you
:)

Oh, I think that dialog needs a Help button too  - once there's
documentation to explain it :)
