As an argument in favor of full minutes rather than links, if they had
been sent to the list for the meeting of March 27th, I would have seen
the below earlier and replied immediately by mail.

I do, as well as Allan, and 8 other people. For this kind of request
it’s best not to target a specific individual who might not be
available at that time though. I would advise to ask on this list, on
the engagement channel or open a ticket against the website on the
relevant bugtracker (still bugzilla at the moment, product:website).
Who needs what?
Hi,
The recipient of your mail appears as “marketing-list
<engagement-list gnome org>”. Can you look into renaming it in your
contact list to avoid confusion?

You told me before that you intended to use your GNOME email address

into configuring your mail client differently to achieve that.

I couldn’t find the agenda “below”.

It would be extremely useful to send out something to the list as a
result of each meeting, either the minutes themselves or a link to the
wiki page with them. This was happening in the past but it seems it
stopped around two years ago when someone else took over meeting
organization.
Also, why does the pad keep a copy of past minutes? If they have been
moved to the wiki as they should, it would be beneficial to remove
them from the pad.
