Hi All, 

We discussed this at today's engagement meeting and decided to cancel this meeting. 

Instead, Allan will be talking to our visual designers to create a style guide and then will share it with the rest of us. At that time, we'll have a meeting dedicated to a presentation of the style guide so that community members can ask questions and learn more about it. 

If anyone has any questions about the planning process for the style guide and/or would like to be more involved with creating it, please let Allan know!

With GNOME's 20th Birthday coming up, and initiatives underway to help local teams with merchandise and marketing materials, we need to make sure that our branding strategy is in good shape. 

Carla did some awesome progress towards this during her Outreachy internship last year, and we need to make sure that we keep building on it and publishing it so we can attract more designers to help with marketing materials.
