All Things Open - 2018

We need to make sure that we have a few people going to All Things Open.  

They have a pretty good speaker line up -  I think the only thing 'GNOME' related is Michael talking about Endless.  Not sure what Owen Taylor is going to talk about, I'll ask him though.
