Shipping the remaining annual reports

Hi all,

I will have to depend on you folks to look at last year's spreadsheet I had put into owncloud's "annual report preparation" folder (shared with the engagement team etc.) and to make a new version clearly indicating who I should ship reports to this year. With my current workload I am not in a position to spend time researching & thinking about this in the foreseeable future, and I don't want to block the process, so I'm counting on you to call the shots; then I'll take care of the concrete shipping operation.

Amounts in stock:

- 39 of the FY2015 edition

- 13 of the "vintage" FY2014 edition

We don't necessarily have to get down to zero (that'll happen naturally at some point if I carry them around) but it loses some of its effectiveness as time passes. If you want to have people pick up some at the upcoming GNOME Summit in Montreal that's a possibility too.
