Cover for 3.22 release coordination

Hi all,

I'm hoping to go on holiday over the 3.22 release, so I'm wondering if someone is able to step in to coordinate. This involves making sure that the release announcement is made at the right time, and that all the pieces go live in the right order. The process is documented on the wiki [1] and I'll make sure that all the necessary marketing materials are done before I go.
