Good plan.  I reallly feel that we need to have a group of people who
are interested in getting people to these conferences and signing up.
Would people like to form a subcommittee for this?  Basically, the
committee would look for conferences that GNOME would benefit from and
push people to make presentation, attend, or create a booth. 

I guess this would make a very good agenda item on a team meeting.
If you are able to attend the meeting we will have tomorrow, Wednesday
(9/7) starting 16:00UTC maybe you want to add it to the agenda [1].
