Good plan.  I reallly feel that we need to have a group of people who
are interested in getting people to these conferences and signing up.
Would people like to form a subcommittee for this?  Basically, the
committee would look for conferences that GNOME would benefit from and
push people to make presentation, attend, or create a booth.  We
aren't very good at organizing for this kind of thing.  I'm finding it
hard to do this and I need some new leaders. :-)
