You seem to have a lot of energy, but you really need to start with
smaller goals, and help bring them to fruitition.It's way too early in this process for me to be presenting this is a final and complete strategy. My current work in it's current form sucks, I will admit, but that's to be expected at this stage. But I'm starting the process of asking the questions of how such a program can be formed and how it could potentially could be managed. I'm not making any conclusions until I actually begin to test these ideas out.This is the reason why the strategy document is not public yet because it's still a rough draft and way too early to publish in a public forum. Once I've assembled a team and we've had time to work this over then of course I'll publish the strategy document most likely on the wiki.
