 No, more accessible, because it looks nicer and is more enjoyable to 
 look at.

Not with a screenreader.



AFAIK, SVG is potentially accesible [1], though I don't know how well browsers will expose the info to orca 
and other screenreaders. 


We also can link it to a page that include all the data from the graphics in a text format. The graphic is 
just a means to offer the data in a more attractive way than raw data.
