Yes, we do need it. I volunteer to be one of the team who "triages" feedback and assigns feedback to the
appropriate category.
[1] I expect they'd have to be a bit pro-active as well, monitoring
#gnome, gnomesupport.org, the main distro's own user forums etc.
I don't have the time to do this, sorry.
