Proof reading the release notes

Somewhere on this list  (or am I dreaming?  I can't find it in the
archives)  the call was made for a native English speaker to proof-read
the release notes.

If no-one else has the job already, I volunteer.  Actually, even if
someone else has the job, I still volunteer.  Studies have shown that
two proof readers catch more errors than one.  Three is better, but
after that not much improvement accrues.
