We ought to test as many aspects as possible before deciding, including
installation, administering, enter sample content, manage the content,
try themeing, etc.

GNOME Hispano (Igalia?) has already used it, maybe we can ask them to
host a provisional fresh install.

 I think that a good way to try eZ Publish is using the on-line demo(s)
provided by eZ Systems itself:
http://ez.no/products/ez_publish/demo

 Let me know if this is enough to try it.
