Ekige is a client for voice and video calls. To have more services, you need services. For my organization (and also for my research projects), I set up an IPBX asterisk and use app_konference (sourceforge). I think I will use asterisk integrated service on new version of asterisk (ConfBridge). Works perfectly with Ekiga.
