[Ekiga-list] Ekiga text message not working in asterisk server

Dear sir

i configured Ekiga with my asterisk server as per the  document (http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Ekiga_as_an_Asterisk_client)

sip and account registration is successfully created .

But the problem is  when i chat with the users is shows NOTICE: Could not send messageerror message pls refer the image in attachment.

pls help me to solve this error as soon as possible .THANKS IN ADVANCE
