My router is telewell TW-EA510v3 ADSL modem router, which makes it impossible for me to capture the traffic.

Darn, the update was for EA510v3(c). My model is too old for any updates, thus I'm S out of luck.. ;(.
With telepathy/empathy I was able to receive calls even behind NAT. I wonder if they have a workaround implemented or it's a bug (=working cause not coded according to specifications)...
