THANK YOU STEVE. YOU GAVE ME THE INSTRUCTIONS I WAS WAITING FOR. LOOKS  
LIKE A SMALL FILE. HERE IS THAT REPORT:

SO WHAT I DID, IS CALL MY OWN NUMBER, WAIT FOR THE ANSWERING MACHINE TO  
KICK-IN AND LEAVE A MESSAGE. I HEARD THE MESSAGE FROM THE MACHINE
BUT THE MACHINE DID NOT REGISTER MY MESSAGE BECAUSE IT COULD NOT HEAR  
ANYTHING. -- DO I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ELSE ? IS THIS WHAT THEY WANT ?  OR  
WHERE ELSE DO I SEND THIS REPORT TO ? (THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I DO  
SOMETHING LIKE THAT)  AND LIKE I SAID BEFORE, THIS IS NOT HAPPENING ON  
WINDOWS-XP.
