Sorry to answer so late.

The problem is that STUN server cannot be contacted at all, surely 
because of closed ports:

2011/07/30 19:15:32.148	  0:09.083	StunDetector:0xb7372b70	STUN	No

2011/07/30 19:15:32.148	  0:09.083	StunDetector:0xb7372b70	OPAL	STUN 
server "stun.ekiga.net" replies Blocked, external IP 127.0.0.1

the ports needed by STUN.
