We have decided that ekiga git be used with ptlib/opal stable branch, 
see http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Download_Ekiga_sources

If you need to use ptlib/opal svn, you can fix that compilation error by 
reverting http://git.gnome.org/browse/ekiga/commit/?id=b1f97c6b5a.
