[Ekiga-list] client not receiving calls: EndedByTemporaryFailure

For a long time, I am having a problem of Ekiga client not receiving 
calls sometimes, with "user not available" explanation on the calling
side. With recent upgrade to 3.2.7, the situation seems to be even 
worse than before (with 3.2.6) - more calls are actually not received 
than received... After restart of the client, it usually receives calls 
again for some time at least.

I have caught -d4 log from both sides:

The log on the caller side (at 18:42:11 and repeated attempt at 18:42:22) 
says the call is ended because of "EndedByTemporaryFailure" reason. 
On the called side, I cannot find anything about the attempted call.

Is this a known problem?
