[Ekiga-list] unable to add account because GUI lacks controls, under Ekiga 3.2.6 on Ubuntu 10.04

Hi,

I've just tried Ekiga 3.2.6 on Ubuntu 10.04. I'd like to add my SIP
account on voipstunt.net, but, surprisingly, the Accounts window does
not have any buttons to Add, Delete, or Edit SIP accounts, as seen
here: http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Managing_VOIP_Accounts#The_accounts_window

The Ubuntu documentation also seems to indicate that these buttons
should be available:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Ekiga#Can%20I%20use%20several%20sip:addresses%20?

Am I missing something obvious?
