[Ekiga-list] error message when trying to call

Dear Sir,
I am using Ekiga for my internet calling in Linux Mint successfully.I like it so much because it giving crystal clear audio.Today I tried the Ekiga in my brother's system running Windows.I installed Ekiga for windows and installed and configured well.The problem is that when I am dialing to call a message coming as "could not connect to host".I don't know what happened really.I uninstalled and tried again with a fresh install but same error coming still.Please help me on this matter sir.
