[Ekiga-list] output volume set to 0 in windows version

Hi, I came across an absolutely annoying and frustrating bug today;
whenever I dial into a windows version of ekiga (3.2.5 release), the
output volume gets set to zero. Even if you increase it, it will be
reset to zero on next call.
