This was package evolution-data-server, but it's not mandatory.

This is scrollkeeper package, or rarian-compat (or something in
...rarian...)  I think it's better to install it, try to install it and
reconfigure and make ekiga.

Yes, it's not the first time this error appears.  Could you please add a
bug report for it?
