Hmmm, that's not what this says:
https://www.ekiga.net/index.php?page=services

Although it may well be right that 520 ekiga net doesn't support
video, in which case the two pages need to be brought into line.

In any event, unfortunately I still get the problem when talking to a
windows ekiga contact (the only person I talk to on SIP who has video).
