Ekiga do not support ZRTP yet, thus it wont work out of the box. Maybe
if you use ekiga+zphone it will work.

Ekiga.net do not support ZRTP and AFAIK it do not need to do so. AFAIK
ZRTP is direct between clients and do not involve the server.
