With Ekiga-3.2.5 you have two possibilities in the video devices drop
down. Try both the VideoForWindows and the DirectX. Some Vendors no
longer support VFW.
So far I have only tried with my ancient Philips ToUcam. It even works
under Win-7 with both interfaces.
