[Ekiga-list] no connection possible

Hello,
There is no-way I can get the registration completed. Is the "ekiga.net" SIP server down?

I have just installed the windows version (2.0.11), and I must go through a proxy server for connections.
How do I set the proxy-server infos for connections?
