Finally got Ekiga 3.0.1 to compile on opensuse 10.3

Unsure of exactly where to report issues - i checked the buglist, but
did not find anything directly relevant, thought I'd throw my notes, and
perhaps someone can tell me if these issues are already documented, need
documented, or if these are "operator error"

In case anyone wants to know, install goes well with Opensuse 10.3:

Install opensuse 10.3
allow onlikne update get at least the relevant RPMs

download ekiga, ptlib, and opal from ekiga.org

compile ptlib
compile opal
compile ekiga

pretty much out of the box.


Notes:

#1  wondering where i can configure STUN ? once configured, the Druid no
longer does the routing detect, must one edit the files in .gconf ?

#2 address book ekiga.net fails - unsure if the query/bind is incorrect
or what.

resultCode	 protocolError (2)
matchedDN	<blank>
errorMessage	decoding error

#3 if everything is configured, the "configuration assistant" - when
choosing the network interface type - does not run the NAT detect.
(hence -item #1 above)
