[Ekiga-list] pc-landline problem

Hi All,

I've just set up Ekiga and followed the instructions to be able to phone normal phones but when I go to sign in nothing happens and  Ekiga freezes. I'm new to this so might have put the wrong thing in to sign in.Can some one help please. For account number do I put account id? and the password the pin code or the password with the account it self.
