[Ekiga-list] pwlib 1.11.2

Hello,
I see that a question about this very topic was posted a couple weeks 
ago, but I can't seem to find the answer (was it ever answered?).
I am trying to build the new ekiga 2.0.5 on ubuntu dapper(gnome) where I 
have the old 2.0.1.
I am following this guide:

checkinstall didn't work for pwlib or opal - I had to use make install 
instead.
When I try to configure ekiga, I get this:
checking for PWLib version... configure: error: Sorry but the 
recommended PWLib version is 1.11.2

I cannot find this version anywhere and dont' know what to do.
