[Ekiga-devel-list] Code cleaning

Hi,

I tried to make some old cruft either disappear or go to another place 
this evening.

I noticed that :
- dbus.cpp does smart things with the main window instead of just 
calling gm_window_show ;
- assistant.cpp calls gtk_widget_show on the main window instead of just 
calling gm_window_show.

I didn't dare change that code, but perhaps that would have been ok too?
