Hi,

I updated Doxyfile.in with doxygen and had a look at the resulting 
documentation ; I found the class dependency graph especially 
interesting, as that hints to some things which look suspicious.

How come we don't have the include dependency graphs? I checked the 
Doxyfile, and we should have them...
