First, please note that the Web page you used is obsolete, and you 
should be used generic instructions, as I wrote in my previous e-mail.

Note that for code source download you need to use the instructions from 
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Download_Ekiga_sources .

If you still have this error, simply remove the line and recompile 
(make).  You can also inform opalvoip-user lists sourceforge net about 
the error, and provide a patch if possible.  In fact, it seems that this 
instruction has been added recently, and your version of libx264 does 
not have it.
